Yann Gboho: Toulouse sets €15m asking price

Toulouse want €15 million for Yann Gboho, putting Marseille and other suitors under pressure to pay.

Toulouse have set a firm €15 million asking price for Yann Gboho, signalling that the club will not accept a discounted offer for the sought-after winger. The 25-year-old is under contract until June 2027, giving the Ligue 1 side a strong negotiating position as interest grows.

RC Lens have identified Gboho as a target for the left flank, while Hull City and other English clubs are also monitoring the France and Ivory Coast international. Marseille remain interested in the former Rennes player, but the fee demanded by Toulouse could make a concrete bid difficult before the transfer window closes. Lens and the British clubs may need to commit significant funds to keep the deal alive.

Gboho’s price reflects his output during the previous campaign, when he scored eight goals and supplied three assists for Toulouse. The left winger has also built a market value of €18m. Toulouse signed him from Cercle Brugge for €2.5m in the 2023-24 season, after earlier spells with Rennes and Vitesse. The club’s stance leaves potential buyers with a clear choice: meet the €15m demand or see the pursuit lose momentum.
