Reservations begin on the event ticketing platform. Users create an account, select an event and pay by Visa. Sports tickets are electronic, while the opening ceremony and special events use smart tickets. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unpaid reservations are released after two hours, while ticket transfer is available through the gift function; barcode activation and downloading open seven days before the event.
