Paris FC: Antoine Arnault set to replace Ferracci
Antoine Arnault is expected to take over at Paris FC as Pierre Ferracci leaves early and becomes honorary president.
Paris FC is preparing for a change at the top, with Antoine Arnault expected to succeed Pierre Ferracci as president. The transition is due to be approved at a club board meeting on November 9. Ferracci announced his decision at an event with Paris FC partners, bringing forward a departure that had initially been planned for the end of the 2026-27 season. He is expected to become honorary president.
Ferracci has led the club since 2012 and oversaw its rise from the National, France’s third tier, to Ligue 1. During his tenure, Paris FC opened a training centre in Orly and strengthened its women’s team, now among France’s leading sides alongside PSG and behind OL Lyonnes. Following the ownership change in November 2024, Agache Sport holds 52.4% of the club, Red Bull 10.6%, BRI Sports Holdings 7.2% and Ferracci’s Alter Paris 29.8%. His structure is expected to sell its stake as he leaves.
The leadership change comes while Paris FC is making an early mark in Ligue 1. The club has won four of its first seven league matches and sits third, level on points with Lyon and PSG but behind them on goal difference. Liam Rosenior, appointed in place of Antoine Kombouaré, has quickly shaped the team with recruits including Pablo Pagis, Lassine Sinayoko and Patrick Zabi. Paris FC’s next league fixtures are against Lens, Monaco and Auxerre.
