Kenny Jean-Marie joins ACG sports advisory council

Kenny Jean-Marie has joined the advisory council of African Collaborations Group (ACG), bringing experience in football governance and institutional development to a platform focused on building integrated sport and entertainment hubs across Africa. ACG’s work centres on creating investable ecosystems designed to support the continent’s sports industry.

Jean-Marie was FIFA’s director of member associations from 2020 to 2024. He managed the governing body’s links with all 211 national associations and oversaw development, governance and institutional-support programmes. He also led the launch of the third phase of FIFA Forward, covering 2023 to 2026 and representing a global investment of $2.25 billion. The programme supports infrastructure, coaching, national teams, competitions, grassroots football and women’s football, while also involving FIFA’s six continental confederations.

Before FIFA, Jean-Marie held senior positions at the French Football Federation between 2017 and 2020, including chief of staff to its president and director of institutional and international relations. He previously spent almost two decades in France’s senior public administration and graduated from the École Nationale d’Administration.

In March 2026, the French federation appointed the Guadeloupe-born Jean-Marie to prepare the future Guadeloupe Football League. His mandate includes rebuilding the territory’s football structure after the former organisation’s liquidation, with work covering its finances, statutes, regulations and relationships with clubs, authorities, FIFA and CONCACAF.
