Kimi Antonelli retains F1 lead after 12 Grands Prix

Kimi Antonelli leads the Formula 1 standings after 12 of 23 races, while Mercedes tops the teams' table.

Kimi Antonelli remains at the head of the Formula 1 championship after 12 of 23 Grands Prix, with Mercedes also leading the constructors' standings. The Italian has 242 points, 59 more than George Russell, while Lewis Hamilton sits third on 183, level with his Mercedes team-mate.

Lando Norris has moved into fourth place after winning in the Netherlands, following his victory in Hungary before the summer break. The McLaren driver's back-to-back wins have taken him to 159 points, four clear of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc. Max Verstappen is sixth on 112, followed by Oscar Piastri on 104. Isack Hadjar is the leading French driver in eighth with 68 points, ahead of Liam Lawson on 49 and Pierre Gasly on 44.

Mercedes has 425 points, with Ferrari second on 338 and McLaren third on 263. Red Bull is fourth on 186, while Racing Bulls and Alpine have 66 and 63 respectively. Haas has 21 points, Audi 16, Williams 11 and Aston Martin three; Cadillac remains scoreless. Behind the leading ten drivers, Arvey Lindblad has 23 points, Franco Colapinto 19, Oliver Bearman 18 and Gabriel Bortoleto 10. Nico Hulkenberg and Carlos Sainz have six each, Alexander Albon five, Esteban Ocon and Fernando Alonso three apiece, while Lance Stroll, Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez have yet to score.
