A’Salfo becomes owner of Racing Club de Koumassi

A’Salfo has entered football ownership by acquiring Racing Club de Koumassi, adding a sporting project to his work in music, events and real estate. The move gives the Magic System leader direct responsibility for an Ivorian club and places the team at the centre of his plans for developing young players.

Racing Club de Koumassi competes in Côte d’Ivoire’s third division. The acquisition therefore links one of the country’s best-known entertainers with a club operating outside the top two levels of the national league system. Its immediate significance is the arrival of a new owner with ambitions that extend beyond the team’s current competition.

A’Salfo intends to draw on an academy connected to Magic System to identify and train promising youngsters. Those players could form a supply line for Racing Club de Koumassi as the project develops, combining youth development with the club’s competitive needs.

The takeover marks A’Salfo’s first step into football after building his profile through Magic System and his activities in entertainment and property. For Racing Club de Koumassi, it brings a new ownership structure and a stated focus on creating a pathway for emerging talent.
