L’Équipe channel sees messages after presenter exits

Vincent Duluc and Tanguy Le Seviller have publicly addressed their departures as L’Équipe reshapes its programmes.

L’Équipe’s summer reshuffle has prompted a series of public messages from figures linked to its television programmes. Vincent Duluc drew attention to his own departure after earlier announcements had focused on other regular contributors. His post led to further reactions on social media, bringing the scale of the changes back into view.

The changes affect the channel’s three main shows: L’Équipe de choc, L’Équipe de Greg and L’Équipe du Soir. Their formats and studio settings have been altered for the summer 2026 season, while many familiar contributors have left, particularly from Olivier Ménard’s late-night programme. Anna Carreau responded to Duluc by highlighting the freelance staff who were also let go after the previous season, saying their work on the shows had been more than an extra source of income.

Tanguy Le Seviller separately confirmed that he would not return to L’Équipe du Soir. His departure comes after more than 10 years connected with the programme, both behind the scenes and on screen. He thanked Ménard and the production teams for their work together.

The new direction includes a stated push for greater gender balance on the panels. Its effect on the channel’s audiences will become clearer in the coming weeks, as the redesigned programmes settle into their new season.
