Ligue 1 confirms schedule for sixth matchday fixtures
Ligue 1 will stage its sixth matchday from October 9 to 11, 2026, with Lens hosting Lyon in the opener.
Ligue 1 has fixed the calendar for its sixth matchday, which will be played across Friday, October 9, Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026. The announcement sets the order and kick-off times for all nine fixtures, with the round beginning in northern France and ending with Marseille’s visit to Troyes.
RC Lens will host Olympique Lyonnais at 20:45 on Friday. Saturday’s programme consists of four simultaneous games at 20:45: Paris Saint-Germain against Le Mans FC, AS Monaco versus Toulouse FC, FC Lorient facing Paris FC, and Stade Brestois 29 hosting Angers SCO.
Sunday starts with OGC Nice against RC Strasbourg Alsace at 15:00. Stade Rennais FC will then meet AJ Auxerre at 17:15, before ESTAC Troyes and Olympique de Marseille conclude the round at 20:45. The schedule provides the weekend’s final fixture with the latest kick-off.
All of the listed matches are scheduled for broadcast on Ligue 1+, while the wider matchday coverage is also available through DAZN. The confirmed programme gives clubs a clear three-day sequence for the sixth round, but its effect on the standings will only be determined when the fixtures are played.
